We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).
2. Visiting this website
When you open this website, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. This keeps the site secure and stable. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The website is hosted by Nessus GmbH in Vienna, acting as processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
Fonts are hosted locally. No connection to Google or other font providers is made.
3. Cookies and web analytics
This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising and uses no web analytics tools. Technically necessary cookies may be set when logging in to the admin area.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone or the contact form, we process your details to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or our legitimate interest in responding under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We keep enquiries as long as needed to handle them. If a contract follows, statutory retention periods apply, in particular seven years under the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO).
5. Data in client projects
In projects we work in our clients' environment and under their control. Data stays on the client's servers. Where we process personal data in doing so, we act on the client's behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. In that case the client is the controller.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We only disclose personal data where this is necessary to perform a contract, required by law, or based on your consent. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU or EEA.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

8. Complaints
If you believe the processing of your data breaches data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
9. Data security
Data is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS. We protect data with technical and organisational measures under Art. 32 GDPR.
