Services

Automating processes, analysing data: one method.

Both services follow the same three steps: solve one problem, secure the know-how behind it, then let it run. You decide after every step whether to continue.

Entry point: Time sink

Process automation

Reporting, intercompany reconciliation, consolidation, liquidity planning, utility invoices and receipt preparation: on your existing systems.

Entry point: Blind spot

Data analytics

On-premise analytics with rule-based decisions, across industries and strictly commercial in scope.

Two kinds of problems

The time sink

A process ties up qualified people: receipts, reconciliations, reporting pulled from five exports. Mistakes creep in from manual re-typing, and knowledge sits with one person. Smart people should do smart work.

The blind spot

A question your data could answer, but nobody can get to it: too many systems, too much volume, too sensitive for the cloud.

The three steps

From the first problem solved to automation that keeps running.

In a first conversation: you name the process costing your team the most time, or the question your data can't answer. We'll tell you honestly whether we can solve it.

Step 1 · Solve one problem

We automate exactly one process or deliver exactly one analysis: on your existing systems, with no software change, with a metric before and after, at a fixed price range.

Step 2 · Secure your know-how

Posting rules, edge cases, close-down checklists, analysis logic: what today lives in a few people's heads and spreadsheets becomes a documented, queryable rule, kept in-house. Every step 1 project has already fed into it.

Step 3 · Rules at work, you approve

Recurring tasks and analyses run on your rules by themselves: as an agent that chases missing receipts and prepares reconciliations, or as a decision rule that flags patterns in your data. Your team reviews and approves; every step is logged.

After every step, you decide whether to continue. What we've built belongs to you. Usage rights, data ownership and running it without Realico are covered contractually.
