The answer is already in your data. It stays where it is.
You have a question your data could answer, but nobody can get to it: too many systems, too much volume, too sensitive for the cloud. We analyse directly on your servers. What remains isn't a one-off analysis, but documented rules that keep running and justify every result.
Compared to classic reporting
| Classic BI / reporting | Realico | |
|---|---|---|
| Where the data lives | Often the vendor's cloud or data warehouse | On the client's own servers |
| What gets delivered | A dashboard someone has to look at | A documented rule that fires automatically |
| Traceability | A metric with no explanation | Every result traceable to its rule and source data |
| After the project | A one-off analysis or a tool licence | The know-how stays in the company |
This comparison describes ways of working, not a statement about any specific vendor.
Illustrative example, not a client reference
Example: a controlling report from several sources
Starting point
A group with several legal entities needs a monthly report drawn from ERP, accounting and upstream systems. Today, pulling this together in Excel takes about two weeks of manual work.
Approach
Step 1: one analysis, for example costs by cost centre and location with variance to plan. The rules are documented and run on the client's own server. Controlling reviews the result and approves it.
Result
The report is ready on the third working day. Data entry becomes review work instead; every figure stays traceable back to its source. Further reports are added as their own rules, not as a new project.
Example questions
As examples, not as references.
Which services generate costs that are never billed?
Which properties consume noticeably more than comparable ones?
Which stores or items are losing margin, and why?
Where does scrap occur that shows up in no costing sheet?
Analytics wherever money is involved, in any industry: rule-based, traceable, auditable.
